5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1 Shipping Partners
OpenAir partners with major shipping companies including FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. We offer flat rate shipping across Europe and the UK.
5.2 Order Processing
Orders are subject to verification before shipping, which may take several days. Orders with incorrect billing information may be delayed or cancelled.
5.3 Processing Time
We require 2-5 working days to fulfill orders and transport them to our carrier. During holidays or high-demand periods, this may extend up to 10 days.
5.4 Address Accuracy
Once processing begins, we cannot change the shipping address. You are responsible for providing the correct address at checkout.
5.5 Shipping Schedule
We ship on business days only (no Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
5.6 Multiple Items
Orders with multiple items may ship separately due to different warehouse locations.
5.7 Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 7-12 business days across Europe and the UK, excluding our processing time. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5.8 Delays
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5.9 Customs and Duties
International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, or customs fees. You are responsible for these charges. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for return shipping and any associated fees.
5.10 Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to the carrier. If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, please file a claim with the carrier.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to love your purchases! We understand online shopping can be challenging and strive to provide excellent service.
6.1 Return Window
You may return items within 14 days of purchase if:
- Items show no signs of damage
- Original packaging is intact
- Items have not been used
6.2 Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, visit our Help Center with your order number and reason for return. Our team will assist you based on these policies.
6.3 Proof of Purchase
You may need to provide your order confirmation email or receipt.
6.4 Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. For items over €75, we recommend trackable shipping and insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
6.5 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
6.6 Refund Timing
Refunds typically take 2-3 days to appear after processing. If your refund is delayed, contact our Help Center for assistance.
6.7 Exchanges
To exchange an item, submit a request through our Help Center with your order number and exchange reason.
6.8 Gifts
Gift purchases can be returned for store credit. Once processed, you'll receive a digital gift certificate by email.
6.9 Damaged Items
Report damaged or defective items through our Help Center immediately. You must report damage within 48 hours of delivery for us to process your claim.
